What is remote tour management?
The full preparation and oversight of your tour, including advancing, routing, logistics and budget, handled by an experienced tour manager who isn’t travelling with you. You get the planning without paying for an extra seat in the van, a hotel room or per diems.
How does it work if you’re not on the road with us?
Every show is advanced before you leave. The whole tour lives in our tour scheduling app, with day sheets your team can see in real time, and we check in with you daily. 24/7 on-call cover is available if you need it.
Is remote TM right for my tour, or do we need someone on the road?
It depends, and each tour is different. We’ve found that not every tour needs a tour manager on the road, especially when all of the preparation and advancing has already been done. Lots of international artists have used us as European experts when navigating the market for the first time. In this scenario we work directly with the on-road TM or PM. Many developing artists use a remote TM to make cost savings when budgets are tight.
How much does it cost?
A one-off setup fee plus a fee per show, in a transparent, easy-to-understand structure. If you require extra services, they are in addition to the core services and charged only as you need them. Compared with an on-road TM, you will typically save 40% to 70% with a remote TM.
What’s included, and what costs extra?
Core services are advancing, venue coordination, logistics, routing, our tour scheduling app, a summary budget and daily check-ins. Premium services such as backline, audio, LX, vehicles, crew, merch, carnets, flights and hotels, and 24/7 on-call cover are billed at supplier cost plus a stated margin, with a transparent breakdown.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally 6 to 8 weeks before the first show. Tours starting within 3 weeks carry a 25% rush fee.
What happens if something goes wrong mid-tour?
Use the Emergency contact link at the top of this page and it reaches our team immediately. With 24/7 on-call cover added, someone is always available.
Which countries do you cover?
We operate our remote TM services across the European continent. We’re based in the UK, specialise in the European market and have touring experience in North America.
Can you handle carnets, visas and travel documents?
Yes we can. These are premium services, so please discuss your needs with us.
Will you work alongside our manager, agent, label and crew?
Yes. We typically prefer to link into one point of contact within the artist’s team, but we can discuss specific ways of working at the preparation phase.
